Isocef has Cefixime that kills bacteria making you sick. It stops bacteria from growing and making more bacteria. This medicine only works on bacterial infections, not flu or cold viruses. It comes as pills, capsules, or liquid medicine for kids and grown-ups when doctors say to use it.
